I had an awesome session with Daria Williamson, she’s a leadership coach who helps people get ‘unstuck’. In 90 minutes she ascertained what my strengths were and how I can use them to support me in areas where I am challenged – and how I can spend more time working in my strengths zone. Such a valuable session, I would highly recommend having a chat with her if you’re feeling a bit stuck, or that your potential is yet to be unleashed!

I was lucky enough to do a strengths session with the incredible and insightful Daria Williamson.
 
Through her beautiful new Strengths Deck exercise, she introduced me to the way that we can partner strengths – drawing on something that’s in our ‘zone of genius’ to help us doing something that we’re not so strong in.
 
So I may be low in self-assurance, but I can lean on my ability to develop relationships, empathise, find context and follow my purpose (while igniting others’) to do OK.
 
It was a hugely illuminating session – I would recommend it to anyone looking to level up in what they’re doing, and find more ease in how they’re doing it. Thanks so much Daria!

I came away from my final coaching session with Daria and put on some good music and danced around the lounge! Daria encouraged me to consider how I can overplay the strengths in my Zone of Genius and what to do about it. Her use of language around strengths-based leadership brings clarity and curiosity allowing the client to thrive on a business and personal level. Thank you Daria for holding the space for me to explore what is intuitively inside of me.
