Podcast episode: Strengths and Resilience

Resilience is a concept that has been getting a lot of airtime in recent years, and rightly so. Global pandemics aside, the pace of life and work and the pace of change we face on a daily basis can make us feel worn down and wrung out.

That’s why I was so delighted to be a guest on the Resilience Institute‘s podcast, chatting with host Brad Hook about strengths and resilience.

Strengths and resilience

I love this description of the purpose of the Resilience Podcast: “…dedicated to helping you bounce, grow, connect and flow.”

Did you know your personal strengths can help you with all of that? In particular, once you know what your Genius strengths are, and how to use them wisely and well, you’ll be able to access the flow state much more easily.

And you’ll build your resilience as you hone your strengths and create the kind of life and work you’ve been dreaming of.
